  • The Dean is responsible for leading the faculty and provides strategic leadership for the growth of the faculty with continuous improvement to the teaching and learning, research and publications, micro certification as well as collaborating with industry partners that in line with the goals of the University.

  1. CEO – City University JB
  • We are searching for a resilient vice chancellor to lead our University. As a CEO your responsibilities will include serving on councils, supervising academic planning, attending various meetings, and more. You should have a good grasp of university operations and be able to propose solutions to complex problems.

 

  1. Marketing Manager – Postgraduate Programs
  • Drive student recruitment numbers and revenue targets for postgraduate programs by undertaking student recruitment activities including attendance at education fairs and school visits
  • Develop innovative marketing strategy and direction to sustainably business growth
  • Plan and execute all marketing related activities including digital, social media and website activities
  • Deploy marketing campaigns and engagement activities and ensuring all marketing campaigns are measured and evaluated according to business objective

 

  1. Marketing Executives/Education Counsellor
  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
  • Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)

 

  1. Recruitment Executive – Human Resources
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including job advertisement, sourcing, screening, conducting interview, conduct reference check to staff on-boarding.
  • To source for both academic and non-academic positions for the education industry.
  • Negotiates salary and relocation offers that lead to win-win relationships between the company and prospective employee.
  • Ensure all positions has a job description with competencies clearly spelt out.
  • Responsible for manpower planning and have a well structure tracking on filling up the positions.

 

  1. Finance - Cashier
  • Follow up with students on outstanding fees (credit control).
  • Finalizing and update students list (end of each semester) for insurance purposes.
  • Cashier – daily collection from students and issuance of official receipts.
  • Requirements: Min Diploma. Fluent in Bahasa and English.

 

  1. Finance - Zakat
  • Keeping organized books of Zakat collection and disbursement.
  • Update student details who is categorized under Asnaf Categories.
  • Assist in managing accounts student receivable
  • Recording all online payment in student CMS daily
  • Candidate must have 1 -2 years’ experience in Zakat
  • Requirements: Min Diploma. Fluent in Bahasa and English.

 

  1. Webmaster
  • Maintain website content by entertaining stakeholders’ needs and requirements are published on the website.
  • Coordinating with designers, and stakeholders on the content and copy. Maintaining, updating, and optimizing servers.
  • Implementing and ensuring website security and data protection.
  • Updating website content and reviewing SEO.
  • Ensure all programmes offered by City U is updated and current.
  • Requirements: Min a degree, 8 years’ experience, fluent in Bahasa & English

 

  1. Digital Lead Manager 
  • Digital Lead main goal is to position City University Malaysia brand on the cutting edge of digital advertising in tertiary education industry.
  • Drive digital strategies in supporting the Sales Marketing department and to lead the creative services unit in the Branding& Marcomm department.
  • Responsible to advise on digital marketing and creative for the university.
  • Provide for the to advise the best practice in digital marketing and planning.
  • Responsible to report on performance of the websites (City University and City Academy), social media (fb, IG, youtube, TikTok), competitors and market trend.
  • Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree Years of Experience 10 years
