Programme Description

Students are exposed to courses in computer aided design, surveying, environmental engineering, geotechnical engineering, structural engineering, highway and traffic engineering, construction and project management, steel and concrete design, water and wastewater engineering.

1st Year Entry:

• Pass Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with at least C Grade (NGMP 2.00) in 3 subjects including Mathematics and one Physical Science subject; or 8 Semester

• Pass A-Level with minimum of pass in 3 subjects including Mathematics and one Physical Science subject; or

• Pass Diploma program (Level 4 KKM) in related field from HEP recognized by the Malaysian Government with a minimum CGPA of 2.00; or

• Pass Foundation in related field from HEP recognized by the Malaysian Government with a minimum CGPA of 2.

• Pass Unified Exam Certificate (UEC) with Grade B in 5 subjects including Mathematics and one Physical Science subject; or

• Pass Ontario Secondary School Diploma/ Canadian Pre-U: 60% (pass 6 subjects including Mathematics and one Physical Science subject); or

• Pass South Australian Matriculation (SAM) or equivalent with the attainment of Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) 65 including one Mathematic; or and one Physical Science subject

• Other equivalent qualifications recognised by Malaysian Government

 

2nd Year Entry:

• Approved relevant Diploma in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.

• Passed Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with minimum grade B in 3 subjects including Mathematics and one Science subject/ Technical/Vokasional and a pass in English; OR

• Other qualifications that is recognised by the Malaysian Government
