- If you want to apply for City UC scholarship, kindly download the Scholarship Form

Accommodation and Transportation Assistance

Send application and other documents to the address below

Important Note:
Kindly state the name of the counselor before sending the mail. You are advised to send the documents by Pos Laju or any other reliable postal service to avoid mail loss in the process. For other assistance, please call us.

- Your highest academic qualification
- The programme you are interested in
- Your mailing address
Kindly prepare the following documents:
- Completed Application Form
- A certified copy of SPM/UEC/O-Level/STPM/A-Level or equivalent result
- A photocopy of IC
- 4 recent passport-sized coloured photographs
- Other supporting documents for your application (where necessary)
- Application Fee of RM100.00 (For cheque/bank draft/money order, please make payment to “U.C.I. Education Sdn. Bhd.”)
